8. WARRANTIES
For customers making purchases as consumers, mimukids offers warranties on the products sold through the website for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two (2) years from delivery of the product.
Unless proven otherwise, any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within the two (2) years following delivery of the product shall be presumed to have existed at the time of delivery.
In this regard, if any product does not conform to the contract, the customer must notify mimukids through any of the communication channels provided.
The warranty only covers manufacturing defects, not normal wear and tear.

Defects in the original fabric
Manufacturing error
Defects present since delivery
The warranty does NOT cover:
Wear and tear from use
Wear from washing or incorrect washing
Tears from misuse
Shrinkage caused by inappropriate detergent or temperature
Accidental damage
Errors in measurements provided by the customer
Especially for baby clothing, which has a very short useful life, it is considered that:
Manufacturing defects must appear quickly, usually within the first few days.
Claims cannot be made for natural wear and tear long afterward.
The product's "reasonable useful life" is short, so the warranty only applies when the defect existed from the origin.
That's why we recommend reporting any issues within 48–72 hours of receiving your order.
9. GIVEAWAYS
Giveaways will be held on the Facebook, Instagram, or Tiktok social networks, with the latter being preferred for conducting them. To participate in giveaways, you must follow the instructions in each post that includes a giveaway. To determine the winner of each giveaway, we use the official Giveaway Picker application or create a video in which the winner is chosen by slicing (swiping).
